4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund if you have not completed more than 25% of a course. To request a refund, contact us with your order details.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own use. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

All materials, trade dress, and branding (including Farlink Atelier) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.

- No attempts to circumvent access controls or copy content at scale.
- No automated scraping or interference with the Services.
8. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farlink Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
